    But I do like this early example of sex in advertising. Fine Art America will sell you copies of this 1883 work, printed on anything from paper to beach towels to shower curtains.

    As I do with most things, I liked the old ads better than the ads of today. When I was a boy, I used to linger in the supermarket just looking at the mineral water bottles. Why? Because in those days, topless women, with or without wings, weren’t often seen!
