MORE “WHAT KIND OF MORON PAYS THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR…..”

People truly are stupid.

A place that lets you sleep in a tent and sloths wander around outside.

But NO TOUCHING!!

$600 PER NIGHT!!

e’ve talked about the sloth sanctuary in Costa Rica and while sloths may be native there, it’s far from the only sloth sanctuary out there. In fact, there’s also the Zoological Wildlife Conservation Center in Rainer, Oregon where you can get even more up close and personal with the sloths by booking a sloth sleepover. For $600 you can watch the nocturnal animals hang out and do their thing from 8 P.M. until 7:30 A.M. The experience might be a bit on the expensive side, but you’re not only helping to support a rescue group, you’re also becoming a member of a very exclusive club. That’s because only ten people per day are allowed to meet the sloths at the sanctuary in order to ensure the creatures never feel stressed. It is worth noting that no matter what happens though, you will never be permitted to touch the animals -though I assume it’s OK if they decide to touch you.

My 85% rule doesn’t necessarily have to do with I.Q. or programmed University learning. It mostly occurs in assholes who have never developed common-sense thinking and replaced it with emotionally driven “feel-good” instant gratification. This moronic and expensive “experience” appeals to those dummies.

  2. And I’m sure having the animals chew up and crap all over your gear is all part of the wonderful experience. Getting your face torn off by those 5 inch long claws costs extra.

Why would anyone want to get that close to a sloth in the first, second, OR third place?
They move so slowly that moss grows on their fur, and for the same reason, (if I remember correctly) they harbor all kinds of bacteria that isn’t exactly people-friendly.

The two women in the photo are smiling only because they’re fantasizing about a night with another sloth, HilLIARy…

I got to experience seeing sloths every day for many years and I even got paid for it. It’s called working for a major corporation that hires MBAs…………………….
