Sharing of content between CBS News, headquartered in New York ,and BBC News, headquartered in London, will begin immediately.
“Additional newsgathering components will be rolled out in the coming months,” according to the announcement.
CBS and the BBC have worked together in the past, most notably when iconic reporter Edward R. Murrow of CBS News broadcast many of his World War II reports from the BBC’s London headquarters.
