Viagra and Cialis are Pulling Out

Well, out of the NFL that is.

Sales have been going a bit soft of late, sagging quite a bit, so Pfizer and Eli Lilly are going to take Viagra and Cialis and pull out. Pull out of the advertising market with the NFL.

Pharmaceutical companies are trying to keep a stiff upper lip about the whole thing, but they are about to get pounded by others as they lose their exclusivity to new generic brand versions of the two drugs.

As the story says at the link, this is apparently a bitter pill to swallow.

  1. Not surprising, since the NFL has become the National eFfeminates League!

  2. dekare says:

It all stemmed from a softening of the market.

Do you think there are enough double entendres in this story, or is it that it would
be too hard on the writer to come up with more?
