No Proof, Just An Accusation

Leslie Jones accuses Ritz Carlton of racism.

Leslie Jones’s big night at the BET Awards apparently took a sour turn. After hosting the awards show in Los Angeles on Sunday night, the Saturday Night Live star has accused the hotel she was staying at of racism.

On Monday afternoon, Jones tweeted at the Ritz-Carlton hotel chain, expressing her disappointment in how she was treated during her visit.

“Wow was such a great night at the BET awards. But then had THE WORST STAY @RitzCarlton,” she tweeted to her 693,000 followers. “DO NOT STAY THERE!! THEY DONT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE!!”

Jones, 49, has not elaborated on what prompted the tweet.

The Ritz replied to the Ghostbusters star’s claim: “We’re sorry to hear this. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to all. Please DM us & we’ll look into this right away”

She makes an accusation but doesn’t say what happened.  No explanation, nothing.   Maybe they didn’t genuflect to her as she walked by or prostrate themselves in her presence?   Maybe she got in someone’s face and they didn’t take any crap off of her.   It’ll be interesting to see if she can back her accusation with the truth.

A LOT of people are put off by fugly untalented loudmouth skanks. If there is
any truth in her statement, it is a sure bet she was the cause of any troubles
that ensued. We all know there are people out there with massive chips on
their shoulders, and she has proven that MANY times in the past!

Maxine Waters will come to her defense!

Okay…why is it everytime a black person experiences life and reality and the whole “shit happens” and good help is hard to find, they instead yell racism. Listen up you perpetually victimized dark skinned people. Life is hard for EVERYONE. EVERYONE gets lousy service from time to time. I have gone to taco bell and had better service than I have at some expensive restaurant. I have stayed at $500 a night rooms and was truly disappointed….and you know what…I didn’t claim victiim status. You see black people, white people get treated like crap too. We get disappointed by service and products just like you. It is not racism when it happens to you…it is equality. You get the same crappy service that the Ritz Carlton gives to white people as well. Only, we call it real world and you call it racism.
